  • What is a travel advisor?

    A travel advisor curates, plans and books travel. We can create a trip from scratch or help book a hotel you’ve already decided on. We are part of the Fora network, which means we can unlock perks and VIP amenities at hotels, resorts & cruises around the world, and access insider information on deals and destinations.

  • What type of travel can I book with you?

    Anything and everything! Whether it’s a one-night staycation or a fully planned itinerary to a far-flung destination, we can help. We typically book hotels, cruises, tours and activities, and local transportation.

    If you just need hotels, we can check for perks and special offers across our partner networks. This is a quick way to benefit from having a friend in-the-know.

  • Why or when should I use you instead of doing it myself?

    Because you’re busy but you have trust issues? Maybe we’re projecting, but outsourcing your next trip to us is a great way to ensure you get the level of research and quality control you want, without spending endless time online. In particular, we can help with group trips and milestone celebrations - when you want things to be extra special or there are additional logistics required. We’re also a great resource when you are planning a trip to somewhere you’ve never been and need insider recs.

  • Does this cost more than booking directly?

    NO! We will never advise you to book a rate that is higher than booking directly, or any other rates we see online. The only exception is if a higher rate has certain perks, which we would communicate to you in advance of booking. The only additional cost will come through our planning fee, which varies based on your needs and will always be discussed in advance.

  • Do you charge a fee?

    It depends. For full trip planning, we charge a fee based on length of trips, details requested and complexity of the itinerary. A ballpark estimate for a 5-day trip with multiple destinations is $300-500.

    For hotel bookings only, when you know when & where you want to stay, we do not charge a fee.

    For first-time clients, we often waive the planning fee. We would love to discuss this with you, so please reach out.

  • Will I get my credit card & loyalty points?

    Yes! If we book on your behalf, we will request your credit card details via a secure link and use that card to book. We will also include any loyalty programs that you are a part of in the reservation. Sometimes, you will benefit from preferred partner programs that we have access to, even if you aren’t a member.
